Employee Recognition & Rewards: A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication What you bring to SBHG (qualifications): * Associate degree plus six years of experience in a mental health field. OR * Bachelor's degree in a Mental Health Field plus four years of experience in a mental health field. OR * Master's degree in a Mental Health Field plus two years of experience in a mental health field. * Valid California Driver's License. * Meets Agency driver eligibility criteria. How you will make a difference (job overview): This position coordinates the care and leads the Flexible Integrated Treatment (FIT) team regarding service delivery based on participant and family voice. Division/Program Overview: * Community-based program. * Flexible Integrated Treatment (FIT) provides services and support to children and youth ages 0-21 years. * Individual, Family and Group Therapy, rehabilitation services and skill building, crisis intervention, Child Family Team meetings, medication support and linkage to community resources. * Walk-in (Tue 8:30 am -12:30 pm and Thu 1:30-5:30 pm). * After Hours of On-Call.
