Practice Setting and Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services in a Primary Care environment
• Collaborate with medical providers to address chronic health and behavioral health conditions
• Use evidence-based techniques such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Conduct brief interventions, coaching, crisis management, and risk assessments
• Assist in community outreach and patient advocacy
