Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Memory Design Engineer to join their team. As a Memory Design Engineer, you will be part of the Memory team supporting the development of high-speed memory interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital design, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Memory Design Engineer

Location: Boxborough, MA (Hybrid - 3 days a week)

What's the Job?

• RTL design for memory I/O
  
• PHY Digital Architecture development from pathfinding, coding, verification to physical implementation
  
• PHY link layer design, implementation & verification with Analog and System architect
  
• Collaborate with architects, hardware engineers, and firmware engineers to understand the new features to be verified
  
• Debug design failures to determine the root cause and work with DV and firmware engineers to resolve design defects
  
  
  

  What's Needed?

  
  
  
  
  
  • Digital design engineering experience
    
  • Proficient in debugging firmware and RTL code using simulation tools
    
  • Experienced with Verilog, System Verilog, C, and C++
    
  • Strong understanding of computer organization/architecture
    
  • Knowledge of clocking architectures, synchronization, and CDC methodology
