Position: Mechanical HVAC Project Manager

Location: Tampa / Orlando

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in Florida. The ideal candidate will specialize in retrofit and service projects, with a strong focus on HVAC systems. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple projects, ensure client satisfaction, and drive project success from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HVAC retrofit and service projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial status, and risk assessments.
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts promptly.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Experience / Requirements:

• 5 years of experience working with a mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC.
• Experience estimating projects using relevant software.
• Experience working on commercial retrofits/replacement projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP certification is a plus.
