We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Project Manager (PM) with over 5 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing mechanical projects and will be responsible for overseeing a range of projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee HVAC and plumbing projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Ensure all mechanical systems comply with relevant codes and regulations
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any potential issues or delays
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, supporting their growth and development
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with the project outcomes
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical project management, specifically in HVAC and plumbing systems
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction processes, and project management principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred, but not required
