Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager with expertise in HVAC systems to oversee and manage various mechanical projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC mechanical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
- Conduct site assessments and oversee installation practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems design and integration into projects.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical or HVAC projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
