Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with a desire to be a key player in designing, developing, and optimizing innovative solutions. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure products exceed customer expectations while contributing for a fast-paced, engaging, and rewarding work environment.
Responsibilities
* Design & Develop custom and standard products to support industrial cooling and heating applications.
* Create Technical Documentation, including engineering drawings, notes, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) for production.
* Support Manufacturing, assisting with new product development, shop troubleshooting, and quality improvements.
* Engage with Customers, ensuring designs meet expectations for performance, quality, and appearance.
* Collaborate Across Teams, providing technical support for sales, purchasing, and service departments.
* Work with Vendors & Engineers, helping integrate new technologies and optimize manufacturing processes.
Essential Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
* 2+ years of experience designing industrial equipment and heat transfer systems.
* Proficiency in SolidWorks or other solid modeling software (2+ years of experience preferred).
* Hands-on problem-solving ability, with a passion for troubleshooting and improving production efficiency.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Hands-on experience in troubleshooting production issues is highly desired.

Work Environment
The organization is a small, dynamic, cutting-edge company located in Richfield, WI, employing a total of 18 people locally. The work environment encourages collaboration across all levels, from the President to the assembly team.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
