Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Job Description We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with a desire to be a key player in designing, developing, and optimizing innovative solutions. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure products exceed customer expectations while contributing for a fast-paced, engaging, and rewarding work environment. Responsibilities * Design & Develop custom and standard products to support industrial cooling and heating applications. * Create Technical Documentation, including engineering drawings, notes, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) for production. * Support Manufacturing, assisting with new product development, shop troubleshooting, and quality improvements. * Engage with Customers, ensuring designs meet expectations for performance, quality, and appearance. * Collaborate Across Teams, providing technical support for sales, purchasing, and service departments. * Work with Vendors & Engineers, helping integrate new technologies and optimize manufacturing processes. Essential Skills * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field). * 2+ years of experience designing industrial equipment and heat transfer systems. * Proficiency in SolidWorks or other solid modeling software (2+ years of experience preferred). * Hands-on problem-solving ability, with a passion for troubleshooting and improving production efficiency. The work environment encourages collaboration across all levels, from the President to the assembly team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
