Mechanical Engineer | Utrecht

We’re a fast-growing high-tech machinery company based in Utrecht, developing innovative solutions for advanced manufacturing industries. We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong 3D CAD skills to join our passionate and agile engineering team.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of mechanical designs for precision equipment, from concept through to production. You’ll work closely with R&D, electronics, and software teams to develop robust, efficient systems that perform in demanding environments.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex mechanical components and assemblies using 3D CAD
• Collaborate across disciplines to optimize functionality, manufacturability, and performance
• Create detailed technical drawings and support prototype testing
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Experience with 3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, NX)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
