Responsibilities

1- Develop and manage the BIM protocol and ensure its implementation for the Mechanical design

2- Interact with Technical managers and provide updates on the progress of the Mechanical design

3- Work with the technical team to create detailed BIM models and Mechanical Shop drawings

4- Coordinate Mechanical systems with architects and other engineering disciplines

5- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts among different models

6- Ensure all models and drawings are up to date and accurate

7- Prepare and distribute coordinated digital documents to the construction team

8- Generate and manage technical content for Mechanical equipment and fixtures

9- Monitor the use of BIM to ensure it is as efficient and effective as possible

10- Participate in BIM project kick-off meetings and progress meetings

11- Implementing BIM execution plans and project-specific standards.

12- Providing technical support for KSA Technical & Construction team members
