Job Description

• Managing multiple MEP projects
• Ensuring there are minimal problems from the design to the delivery stage.
• Using project management software, AutoCAD and word processing programs to create MEP plans.
• Review technical office process (shop drawing, QS, list of drawing and tender).
• Preparing cost estimates for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems.
• Overseeing the work of the project management team and ensuring adherence to the project schedule.
• Coordinating on-site work with architects, structural engineers and MEP engineers.
• Providing MEP system installation, maintenance and technical advice to service providers, supervisors, and inspectors
• Inspecting, analyzing, and finding solutions for engineering issues related to the MEP features.
• Reviewing and evaluating the work of contractors, consultants, and other construction industry professionals
• Reviewing contractor drawings and installation method statements to ensure they comply with the MEP design plan.
• Making technical clarifications to resolve coordination issues and design modifications to suit specific on-site construction requirements.
• Monitoring and maintaining on-site health and safety policies and explaining the necessity of complying with these to the crew.
• Undertaking off-site inspections of MEP equipment and materials to ensure compliance with regulations and project suitability.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience Needed: 3 to 5 years
• Specialized in Electrical with experience in Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC Engineering.
• Experience in Mage is A Must - Healthcare is preferred .
• Experience in Technical Office (Shop drawing, Invoices & QS) Tendering/Procurement.
• Knowledge in MEP (Construction, Fit out projects).
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
