Summary

The Gist

Bootcamp.com is the market leader in dental admissions test prep and dental boards prep, and our USMLE Step 1 and Next Gen NCLEX-RN products are rapidly growing.

We’re building a Bootcamp to help students prepare for the most important part of their application to medical school: the MCAT.

We’re hiring a full-time Content Developer to build the Chemistry/Physics content for our new all-in-one self-prep MCAT product (part-time content developer roles are also available, message me).

This is the right role for someone wanting to create version 1 and then iterate to a best-in-class MCAT product.

About the Job and the Work

You’ll be working directly with the head of our MCAT product.

  • Producing new content.
  • Reviewing and editing the work of other content developers, upholding our editorial standards.

About You

  • You’ve aced the MCAT and have experience as an MCAT tutor, educator, or product manager.
  • You have a master’s degree or higher in biochemistry, chemistry, organic chemistry, or physics.
  • You're looking for a full-time role that isn’t just a job, but a career.
  • You’re obsessed with the quality of your work and the work of those around you. You sweat the small details.
  • You have a history of crushing the physical sciences section of standardized tests.
  • You want to work with us nailing the little details to make a phenomenal Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems (CPBS) Qbank students rave about.

About Our Pay and Benefits

  • Top tier competitive salary and 401k matching program.
  • Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Fully remote team but we prefer you be located within 4 hours of EST.
  • 3 weeks of paid time off.
  • A stipend of $1,000 a year for professional development.
  • Annual company retreats.

  • We talk again to review your test project and ideas.
  • We agree on terms, pending references.
  • We start working together on a 30-day contract-to-hire basis (full-time or part-time) to make sure we both feel set up for success.
