Lonza AG is seeking a dedicated Documentation Specialist to join our ambitious team in Greenwood, SC, USA. This role plays a critical part in our manufacturing operations, ensuring flawless documentation processes and contributing to our ongoing growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and printing of all master and production batch documentation and labels for all orders in the GWD DFS plant
  • Coordinate and complete order corrections when issues arise that cannot be resolved in production
  • Act as 2nd level support for MES, handling exceptions that cannot be managed during shifts through 24/7 support of manufacturing
  • Collaborate with process engineers to manage process parameters in batch documentation and OT systems
  • Develop required manufacturing deviations and RFC’s
  • Coordinate all manufacturing-related reporting
  • Provide 24/7 support when specification changes are required in production
  • Ensure attendance on plant site/office site, including availability to work weekends or holidays as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Key requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding Excel skills
  • Outstanding organizational abilities
  • Strong multitasking capabilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
