• In the New Material testing service,(such as composite material used in drone, human-shaped robot or lightweight of automobile),supervise and control the project process to ensure that the testing conducted efficiently and with high quality.

• Responsible for own project management, testing arrangement and overall management, control project period. Have good communication skill, Full communication with customers, and issue relevant test plans according to customer needs.
  
  

负责测试服务和项目管理，测试安排和统筹管理；维护现有测试项目, 控制项目周期. 保持与客户充分沟通, 根据客户需求出具相关测试方案；

• Support and train test engineers to conduct laboratory operation and conduct regular assessment.
  
  

协助并培训测试工程师进行实验室操作, 并定期进行考核等工作.

• Deeply understanding for the ESS, battery system field, and pre-survey the future development direction and trend of the industry, and reserve technical resources in advance. At the same time, the cost is controlled of research and development process, to ensure that to meet the market demand in the future.

• Support marketing and sales teams to carry out service promotion activities and technical inquiry services.
  
  

支持市场、销售团队进行服务推广活动和技术问询服务.

• According to market demand, develop new material level testing services in the field of composite material used in drone, human-shaped robot or lightweight of automobile, including test method development, standard research and technical feasibility study optimize etc. Meanwhile coordinate with other business line create R&D plan for the project.
  
  

根据市场需求, 未来开发新的高分子材料测试服务在新材料领域(如无人机，汽车，人形机器人使用的复合材料), 包含测试方法开发, 标准研发以及技术可行性研究论证；协调各个部门，为项目制定切实可行的研发计划.

Job Requirements:

• Master degree or above, major in composite materials and engineering or materials science and engineering.
  
  

硕士及以上学历，复合材料与工程专业或材料科学与工程等相关专业.

2．More than 2 years of project management experience, with good project management and communication and coordination skills.

2年以上项目管理工作经验，具有良好的项目管理和沟通协调能力.

• Composite material used in drone, composite material used in PV or Wind power industry, R & D management, or TIC work experience is preferred
  
  

有无人机复合材料，光伏或风电领域复合材料， 研发管理经验或TIC工作经验优先.

• Self-learning ability, rigorous and passionate for the daily work, responsible and teamwork, strong execution, and good ability to work under pressure.
  
  

自学能力强, 对工作严谨且充满激情, 有责任心和事业心, 良好的团队合作精神, 执行力强和较好的抗压能力.

• English reading and writing ability, able to communicate fluently in English.
