  • Cargo acceptance, quality inspection & do GR in SAP system
  • Monthly & annual report and NCR report
  • Inventory preservation and regular issue
  • Packing and Tagging and issue during TA project
  • Commissioning spare parts and for 2-years spare parts management and handover

Requirements

  • Receive materials ordered for projects in a timely manner, complete check and warehousing
  • Organize open box and inspection by all parties. Issue OBI reports. Issue OSD reports if there is a problem.
  • Report material arrivals in a timely manner. Issue materials in accordance with warehouse management procedures
  • Recycling of surplus materials at the end of the project. Summarize all materials in the warehouse and hand over to the owner.
  • Summarize materials used by contractors. Report any excess quantities to the owner.
