We're Hiring: Marketing & Visual Content Specialist

Are you a creative thinker with a knack for both strategy and storytelling? Do you love building bold, engaging marketing campaigns and high-impact visuals in the B2B and cybersecurity world?

At CubixTech, we’re looking for a Marketing & Visual Content Specialist who can bring ideas to life — across case studies, social media, email campaigns, and more. We’ve just refreshed our brand identity — and now, we’re looking for someone who can help us take that momentum forward.

🔍 What You’ll Own

• Design case studies, whitepapers, brochures, and event creatives that meet global B2B standards.
• Lead email marketing campaigns end-to-end — from content to visuals to performance tracking.
• Create compelling social media visuals, ad creatives, and support our paid digital efforts.
• Revamp existing assets and help elevate our refreshed brand identity across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with our marketing lead to plan and execute campaigns with real business impact.
• Coordinate with vendors for SEO, paid ads, and website updates.
• Contribute to lead mapping, market research, and data-driven decision-making.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in a B2B/cybersecurity/tech-focused marketing or visual design role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MS Office. (Additional tools will also help)
• Hands-on with email marketing tools. (like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
• Confident in managing social channels. (LinkedIn is a must)
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Interest in AI tools and automation to supercharge marketing.
• Bonus: experience working with tech, cloud, or cybersecurity companies.

• Pune-based candidates only
• Full Time, In-Office Role (Hybrid flexibility may be explored in the future for high-performing team members.)
