Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Content Creator Intern role located in Pune at Rasta.AI. The Content Creator Intern will be responsible for producing engaging and shareable content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks will involve writing, editing, and curating content to communicate Rasta.AI's mission and services effectively to the target audience.

Key roles and responsibility:

1. Create engaging, original content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
2. Assist in writing scripts for videos, and reels.
3. Conduct industry research to develop content ideas and stay updated on market trends
4. Brainstorm new content strategies with the marketing team
5. Collaborate with the design team to generate content ideas for infographics, social media creatives, and short videos.
6. Coordinate with various departments to gather inputs or approvals.
7. Track engagement metrics and performance of published content
8. Draft and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

Qualifications

• Content Writing, Editing, and Content Curation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities
• Ability to research and create engaging content
• Attention to detail and creativity
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Interest in technology and infrastructure management

Skills Required:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities
3. Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats
4. Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or other design software (a plus)
5. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
