The chosen candidate will be responsible for analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes to provide insights and recommendations that drive marketing strategies and business decisions. You will collaborate closely with marketing as well as different departments, data analysts, and senior management to develop effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives and maximize our market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and threats. Monitor industry developments and competitor activities.
- Consumer Insights: Utilize data analytics and customer research to understand consumer behaviour and preferences. Develop road maps.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates and customer acquisition costs. Provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that leverage insights from data analysis. Align marketing activities with overall business goals.
- Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Technology and Tools: Stay updated on marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and data management platforms. Leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or Statistics.
- experience in marketing analytics, market research, or strategic analysis would be considered an asset
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques is a plus.
