Role Overview:
As a Marketing Operations Specialist with 2X, you will be responsible for managing the execution of marketing activities across various B2B marketing platforms and processes to support marketing teams in achieving business goals.
Challenges You’ll Tackle:
Create and manage email campaign calendars. Set up, monitor, and schedule email sends while compiling and creating insightful reports.
Plan and execute A/B tests, manage the testing calendar, record results, and recommend improvements.
Build and launch multiple segments of email campaigns (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, nurture).
Develop workflows and structures for automated email campaign drips using Marketing Automation Platforms.
Execute marketing activities, including website publishing and maintenance, updating customer databases, and managing content repositories.
Perform operational execution across marketing tools, systems, and processes such as CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM databases, and Analytics & Reporting tools.
Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional teams to improve email campaign performance and marketing operations workflows.
Process ad-hoc operational requests daily, following specific workflows.
Support other workflow processes related to requests for data, information, and insights.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 to 5 years of relevant work experience or education in Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with international clients.
Prior experience with CRM, CMS, and Martech software (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, WordPress, Outreach, etc.) is a strong advantage.
Eloqua knowledge or experience is a big plus
Detail-oriented, methodical, and structured in getting things done.
Strong problem-solving attitude, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Demonstrated interest in developing skills, particularly in digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools.
Strong interest in researching and learning new skills and digital systems.
Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and comfort in working with Excel.
Must be willing to work in AMER/US hours (Night Shift - Philippine Standard Time).

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
