Job Specific:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, or any business related course
At least 2-3 years proven experience in marketing handling events management
Has promo development and execution experience is a plus
An ability to grasp client's needs and to increase customer engagement
Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
Has leadership skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Brand Building
Effectively monitor alignment of corporate brand building activities with sales initiatives.
Consistently ensure strong brand visibility and presence in the trading areas.
Drive brand awareness in trade areas and expanded business formats.
Purposely employ internal and external communication tools compatible to brand image.
Events and Activations
Lead in the planning and execution of activations/events and other marketing related programs from:
Coordination with involved marketing and other departments (Sales, Supply Chain, HR and Accounting)
Assist in the preparation of event collaterals etc
Recommends and closely coordinates with ASS/ASM in the planning and execution of regional events and activations such as mass demos, account demos, sampling, regional expos, sponsorships, anniversary support and cross collaboration with other brands and other trade on-ground events
Closely coordinate with regional micro influencers and baking communities
Regularly submits post evaluation reports for every activations
conducted
Ensures completeness of all event checklists prior events
Strictly works within event budget
Oversee Event ingress and egress
Administrative functions related to the event to be implemented
like – talent-related matters, ticket & hotel booking, venue
reservations
Lead and assist in specific sales/modern trade/ marketing
department initiatives
Coordinates with marketing digital team and suppliers in the
production of marketing collaterals
Coordinates with other departments in the processing of
payments and product pull out, etc.
Coordinates in the sourcing out of marketing suppliers
Administrative Function
Primarily in charge of submitting accurate and timely information/data/reports generated as required
Process requests for payment for suppliers, cash advances, etc
Monitors and reviews Marketing Opex –to include sponsorships and events, all marketing related expenses.
Ensures control and implementation of program and work within budget.
Handles replenishment of Marketing Cash Advances
Coordinates with event suppliers and marketing event-related agency.
