About the Job
Position: Manager Marketing & Demand Generation
Location: Noida
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Manager Marketing & Demand Generation with extensive experience in SEO, website management, event coordination, run digital campaigns for lead generation. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with marketing software like Zoho/HubSpot and will take the lead in managing and developing the company’s social media platforms and online presence. This role is critical for driving brand visibility, generating leads, and ensuring the success of both digital and offline marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Website Management:
Oversee the optimization of the company’s website for SEO performance, user experience, and lead generation. Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure the site is aligned with marketing goals and provides a seamless user journey.
Content Development:
Lead the creation and management of high-quality, engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms. Ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging and optimized for search engines.
Event Coordination:
Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events, with a particular focus on events in the SAP ecosystem. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align event goals with business objectives. Handle end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-ups.
Digital Outreach & Lead Generation:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (email campaigns, paid ads, social media campaigns) to increase lead generation. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Develop and implement social media strategies that align with broader marketing goals, increasing engagement, followers, and brand recognition.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, website traffic, lead generation efforts, and event success. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to provide actionable insights and optimize future campaigns.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified approach to marketing efforts. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when necessary to achieve marketing objectives.
Must have:
Expertise in paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for B2B marketing.
