Develop and execute a content strategy that positions SquadStack as a thought leader in the industry.
Create high-impact collateral such as decks, one-pagers, and case studies to support the sales team.
Lead the creation of event-related content, including booth designs, brochures, standees, and speaker presentations.
Own the SquadStack website end-to-end, including new page creation, content updates, user experience improvements, and overall site optimization to ensure a seamless and high-performing digital presence.
Manage web development and design vendors to ensure seamless and efficient content production.
Oversee internal content workflows, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance content marketing function.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in content marketing for B2B tech startup(s).
Strong ability to craft engaging, high-quality content tailored for decision-makers (CXOs, Heads, VPs, Directors, etc.).
Experience creating sales enablement materials like decks, case studies, and whitepapers.
Hands-on experience with Webflow / Framer / WordPress and content optimization for search engines.
Proficiency in Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, or similar) to enhance productivity and accelerate content creation.
Familiarity with creating event materials such as booth displays, speaker presentations, standees, and brochures.
Proven experience managing agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to execute content projects efficiently.
Ability to manage and mentor team members while working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
