Marketing & Growth Manager
Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid – Typically 3 days/week onsite)
Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)

Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Growth Manager to drive Allure’s continued growth across two key dimensions:
- Client acquisition and service revenue growth through elegant, relationship-centered marketing initiatives, CRM strategies, and community-based outreach.
- Expansion of Allure’s brand authority, community engagement, and audience presence both locally and online.
This role blends strategic marketing execution, creative storytelling, outbound relationship building, and brand stewardship. You will work closely with leadership to elevate Allure's reputation while actively contributing to measurable business growth - all while preserving the luxury, trust-based values that define our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Production
- Write brand-aligned blogs, email campaigns, ad copy, promotional content, and video scripts
- Collaborate with our Social Media Manager on trends, content planning, and creative direction
- Film short-form content (Reels, TikToks, BTS) and appear lightly on camera when needed
- Monitor and ensure timely, on-brand responses to social DMs
- Plan monthly promotional calendars with leadership
- Help maintain cohesive presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more
Community & Client Growth
- Build and maintain referral relationships with other businesses and local partners
- Organize, attend, and host events that increase visibility and engagement
- Execute CRM-based acquisition and retention strategies (e.g., journeys, reactivation, cross-sells)
- Track and report KPIs tied to growth and engagement
Marketing Operations
- Coordinate with external contractors (videographers, SEO, designers)
- Help refine Salesforce CRM marketing flows by identifying gaps and recommending improvements
Brand Reputation & PR
- Pitch stories to local media, explore podcast and speaking opportunities
- Support and protect Allure’s reputation across public-facing channels
Additional Responsibilities
- Photography: Capture before/afters and client stories for content purposes, with the long-term goal of systematizing or delegating this over time
- Front Desk: Provide as-needed support to the client experience team during busy periods, ensuring a seamless luxury environment without compromising marketing priorities
Who You Are
- Minimum 3 years of professional marketing experience (hospitality, wellness, luxury sales, personal care, or aesthetics preferred)
- Exceptional writer - with blog, email, or ad portfolio samples required
- Confident filming and appearing in short-form social content
- Experienced project manager who can plan and execute campaigns end-to-end
- Hands-on familiarity with paid social media ads (FB/IG/TikTok)
- CRM/email marketing savvy (Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Warm, extroverted, polished communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Fast learner, emotionally intelligent, and aligned to Allure’s luxury brand values
Bonus Points If You Have
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe)
- Google Ads or SEO experience
- Public speaking or event coordination background
- Marketing certifications (Hubspot, Google, etc.)
Preferred (Not Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Career Growth Opportunity
This role is structured to grow into a Director of Marketing path based on performance, leadership, and strategic ownership.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 based on experience and fit.
- Bonus opportunities: Up to $5,000 every 6 months, based on performance metrics such as client acquisition, campaign execution, referral growth, and brand impact.
