Overview

Responsible for working with Growth department head to provide marketing and business development support for agency.

Responsibilities

  • RFI/RFP and presentation management to include consistent response standards and processes in marketing and messaging, including ownership of key business development opportunities.
  • Help create, manage and deploy marketing assets, including presentation documents, templates, materials, and other assets including, case studies, biographies, etc.
  • Assist internal teams and company executives in developing presentations by bringing forward external and internal assets and insights.
  • Respond to public requests for information from customers, businesses, advocacy groups, and other interested parties.
  • Manage and deploy marketing and intellectual property assets, including presentation documents, templates, materials, and other assets including, case studies, biographies, etc.
  • Work with Finance to open job codes, track department marketing performance, including sales forecasting and pipeline reports, team utilization, revenue and margin analysis.
  • Participate in resource allocation process to ensure alignment and efficient deployment of agency staff and capabilities to client opportunities.
  • Work with internal resources to set deliverable expectations, timelines and priorities and ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Help educate and train the agency at large on the agency story and capabilities.
  • Work with PR to help drive broader agency awareness.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years' experience in professional services and/or business-to-business environments and a Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related degree, advanced degrees a plus.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the interactive agency marketplace as well as the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in setting and managing internal staff expectations, as well as developing advantageous internal relationships across offices and agencies to further agency goals.
  • Experience in setting and managing customer expectations, as well as developing advantageous relationships to further agency goals.
  • Exemplary written and oral persuasive communication skills. Experience developing and delivering presentations.
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work on deadline.
  • Expert knowledge of PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other presentation software (Macromedia, Apple Keynote, etc.)
  • Ability to develop expertise navigating procurement software like Ariba.

Compensation Range: $39,710 - $52,605 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
