We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Digital Media Coordinator to oversee all loyalty and app relations, manage digital media platforms, and execute strategic marketing initiatives. This role will be the right hand to the Marketing Director, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns, brand messaging, and customer engagement strategies across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and highly organized, with a strong understanding of social media, content creation, app management, PR, and sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities
Loyalty & App Management
Manage and oversee all loyalty and app relations, ensuring offers, promotions, and updates are effectively executed.
Collaborate with vendors and developers to optimize the customer experience within the app.
Track app engagement, analyze user data, and implement strategies to increase app participation and retention.
Digital Media & Social Platforms
Oversee and manage all digital media platforms including social media, website content, and online advertising.
Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored to different platforms.
Monitor trends, track analytics, and optimize content based on performance insights.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
Design marketing materials, digital assets, and promotional graphics for online and in-store use.
Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across campaigns.
Work with external vendors for large-scale print and digital design needs.
PR, Sponsorships & Partnerships
Coordinate and manage public relations initiatives, including press releases, media outreach, and brand messaging.
Develop and oversee sponsorships and partnership opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Build relationships with brand partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance visibility and engagement.
Marketing Operations & Digital Strategy
Assist the Marketing Director in executing company-wide marketing initiatives.
Manage all digital marketing efforts in collaboration with third-party agencies for targeted ads, display campaigns, and paid media.
Analyze marketing data and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for strategy optimization.
Support in developing and implementing campaigns that align with company goals and customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in marketing, digital media, loyalty program management, or content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing tools.
Strong understanding of social media trends, digital advertising, and loyalty app management.
Experience with marketing analytics tools, app platforms, and CRM software is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and collaborate across teams.
