Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Marketing Assistant (Volunteer). The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting market research, assisting with sales and marketing initiatives, providing excellent customer service, and enhancing communication efforts. The role involves helping to promote the brand, engage with the community, and manage various marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Uses Social Media on a Weekly/Daily Basis
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Passion for herbal wellness and knowledge of plant-based products is a plus
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Uses Social Media on a Weekly/Daily Basis
• Deeply interested in African American/African Herbalism
