Position Overview:

As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing top-notch support to our clinical team and patients. This is a full-time hourly position offering $25 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, making them feel welcome and cared for.
• Check out patients after appointments and collect payment for services.
• Understand and apply ICD-10 and CPT medical billing codes.
• Answer and triage a high-volume of phone calls using multi-line phone system.
• Perform patient registration tasks and data entry for upcoming appointments.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Respond to incoming patient inquiries, such as billing and scheduling questions.
• Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and staff.
• Communicate regularly with patients, ensuring their questions are answered and their needs are addressed efficiently.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and office software.
