Property Soar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department in executing various campaigns and projects. This role will involve coordination of marketing materials, research, event preparation, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and market outreach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and brochures
• Conduct market research and compile findings to support campaign strategy
• Coordinate internal and external marketing communications
• Organize and support events, open houses, and promotional initiatives
• Help track campaign performance metrics and prepare basic reports
• Maintain and update databases, inventory, and marketing files
• Support the execution of email campaigns and print marketing initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant marketing or administrative experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (basic level)
