Project management:
Planning: Define the project's scope, objectives, and milestones. Develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resources.
Execution: Lead the project team, delegate tasks, and ensure everyone is aligned with the project goals. Keep everything moving on schedule.
Problem solving: Analyze client challenges, design and implement effective solutions to clients. Provide meaningful insights and potential improvements to internal/external client deliverables and new offers/solutions
Expectation management: Engage and manage key stakeholders to ensure client’s expectations are fully met
Co-presentation: support line manager in presenting solutions and recommendations in a structured and articulate manner to senior client management team
Monitoring and Controlling: Track project progress, manage changes, and mitigate risks. Ensure quality standards are met.
Enable to manage multi-task
Team management:
Job assignment: enable to assign the job according to team member’s capacity
Team member evaluation: Lead and direct junior resources, and oversee the quality of the project delivery
Communication: communicate with the line manager & team member
Budget Management: Develop and oversee the project budget, ensuring costs are controlled and value is maximized
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for tracking and accountability The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
Working experience: ＞5 years MR experience in consulting firm, with a background of pharmaceutical related major is preferred
Leadership: Inspire and guide teams to achieve project goals
Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines
Communication: Clearly convey information and ideas
Native Chinese with fluent English. Other Asian languages are a strong plus
Problem-Solving: Navigate challenges and find effective solutions
Organizational Skills: Keep the project structured and on track.
