该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Program Manager to monitor competitive dynamics, uncover customer insights, track market trends, and maintain a cutting-edge market intelligence platform. This role will empower the Business Strategy Office with actionable insights to drive decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Competitive Dynamics Analysis
  • Design and implement market intelligence processes. Monitor and analyze competitors’ strategies, product launches, pricing, and market positioning using tools like SWOT etc.
  • Develop competitor dashboards and alerts to track real-time shifts in market share or tactics.
  • Customer Insights Generation
  • Develop methodologies to gather customer data
  • Collect and analyze CRM data, surveys, and social listening tools to identify customer behavior trends, pain points, and unmet needs.
  • Create customer segmentation models and journey maps to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Market Trends Monitoring
  • Conduct primary competitor research (pricing, product roadmaps, marketing tactics)
  • Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
  • Produce regular reports with actionable recommendations for management.
  • Market Intelligence Platform Development
  • Research, select, and deploy a centralized market intelligence platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, custom solutions) to aggregate and visualize data
  • Maintain and enhance this platform.
  • Integrate AI tools to automate insights generation and predictive analytics.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
  • Provide shared market intelligence service for department
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Central Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing etc.) to align strategies with market insights.
  • Deliver strategic briefings and workshops to top management.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with governance protocols.
  • Solicit user feedback to refine platform features and analytical methodologies.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or above degree in

Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.

  • MBA or advanced certification (e.g., Certified Competitive Intelligence Professional) is a plus.
