Accountable for the leadership, development and implementation of an assigned new growth opportunity that will result in the offering of a new strategic product or service, or portfolio of products & services to the market.
Responsibilities:
- Activities related to the analysis of market opportunity, market and customer development, market introduction and initial development and production of the new product or service. This position plays a critical role in establishing the position of the new product/service in the market, including ensuring the acceptance internally and delivering on customer satisfaction.
- This position includes introduction of the product/service to specific markets within a prescribed period of time while achieving identified cost targets and meeting established market requirements.
- The grade level and reporting line is contingent upon the size, scope and complexity of the program.

Summary Pay Range:
$120,299.00 - $180,449.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
