What You Will Be Doing

  • Architect and manage a $10M+ pipeline by strategically identifying high-potential districts, engaging key decision-makers, and advancing opportunities through defined sales stages
  • Craft and deliver customized proposals that secure six and seven-figure contracts by navigating complex district procurement processes with precision
  • Execute high-impact discovery meetings that uncover district challenges and goals, then develop compelling solution presentations that demonstrate measurable outcomes
  • Drive comprehensive territory strategy with full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting through closing, accountable only for your results
  • Leverage your established relationships within public school districts to accelerate adoption and build reference accounts

  • Following prescriptive sales methodologies—you'll have the autonomy to execute your territory strategy based on results, not activity metrics

  • Navigating layers of corporate bureaucracy—as a nimble startup, decisions happen quickly and you'll have direct access to leadership
  • Reporting on granular activities—we measure success by outcomes and revenue, not micromanaged daily tasks

Director Of Education Partnerships Key Responsibilities

Drive adoption of our breakthrough learning solution in public school districts, securing multi-year partnerships that help transform educational outcomes at scale.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing complex K-12 sales cycles and consistently closing $100K+ deals
  • Established network of district decision-maker relationships in Texas or California
  • Demonstrated expertise navigating public school procurement processes including RFPs/RFIs
  • Proven track record maintaining $10M+ sales pipeline and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Verified success operating autonomously and driving full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and modern sales technology stack
  • Must reside in or within 2 hours of Texas or California
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region (up to 80%)
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
