Title: Manufacturing Manager - Toner Process
Location: Lawrenceville, GA - On-Site
Salary: $110,000-$130,000/Year + Depending on experience
Requirements: Must have at least 5+ Years of Printing/Toner Process Manufacturing, cartridge, ISO, Kaizen, 5s, Paper Manufacturing background a plus
What You Will Be Doing
You will oversee the Toner Process and production department as well as maintenance and engineering functions. In this key position, the Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for achieving the business plan and implementing, and adjusting processes and resources. You will also model the safety first behaviors we expect of all employees by ensuring that operational procedures, equipment, and processes are designed to provide a safe work environment.
Needs
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial, or related fields
- 5+ years of Manufacturing experience with leadership/management oversight
- Toner experience highly desired, printing, cartridge production or similar fields
- ISO 9000/14000 knowledge and experience preferred
- Budgeting, KPI's, Strategic vision
- Ability to be hands on: Train, mentor and coach associates
- Lean/Six-Sigma belt, TPM, 5s, Safety experience
