Siemens Electrical Products is seeking a Lean Office Manager, Systems in Peachtree Corners GA.
As the Lean Office Manager for Siemens SI EP NA Systems, you drive your organization towards a sustainable lean culture, recognized as the face of Lean manufacturing through your actions and results. You inspire others to find better ways of working and drive process excellence in North America Systems factories, focusing on Quality, Safety, Lean, Six Sigma, and operations. You promote Lean tools and develop an operational model to create synergy among facilities.
You establish world-class process standards and resolve issues not aligned with these standards. You collaborate with business unit leads, functional heads, and global experts to drive continuous improvement. This role allows you to implement strategies and drive policies across Siemens SI EP, balancing strategic and tactical considerations. You report directly to the Director of Operations - Systems.
You will make an impact with the following duties:
* Align strategy, guidelines, and procedures for operational excellence.
* Drive Lean Culture strategies and tactics.
* Support regional and global facilities with OPEX tools, directly improving plant performance.
* Lead project managers or lean teams.
* Plan and initiate benchmarking and self-assessments.
* Support Policy Deployment metrics and improvement targets.
* Ensure cross-functional Lean implementation.
* Lead task forces to address operational issues.
* Ensure global OPEX programs are implemented.
* Develop and deliver Lean Manufacturing training.
* Mentor staff on OPEX concepts like Lean, Six Sigma, and High Performance Teams.
* Drive cost reduction projects.
* Promote High Performance Teams.
* Advise Upper Management on business unit objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* 7+ years' experience with the following:
* Willingness to travel 50-70% of time
* Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Lean and Six Sigma in manufacturing.
* Strong communication and public speaking skills.
* Systematic problem-solving.
* High professional judgment and competence.
* Ability to change existing approaches and generate innovative solutions.
* Influence peers and others to achieve organizational impact.
* Established networks within your field.
* Proactive knowledge sharing.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience or certification in Total Productive Maintenance.
* Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.
* Public speaking experience and education.
* Training or education in accounting and finance.
* Experience with SAP or similar tools

* The pay range for this position is $120,540 - $206,640 plus incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
