Title: Manufacturing Aerospace/Satellite Engineer

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $60-$70/hr

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our team as First Line Support for our satellite production operations.

✅ Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in a low-rate manufacturing or new product introduction (NPI) environment
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques (e.g., Fishbone, Fault Tree, DMAIC)
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical system design
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Hands-on experience with production test tools and metrology

⭐️ Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Experience with NX Unigraphics or similar CAD software
• Background in aerospace or optical manufacturing
• Familiarity with Python and data/statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab)
• Understanding of fiber optic systems
