What You'll Do:

• Design and improve manufacturing processes and workflows
• Identify production issues and implement lasting solutions
• Recommend, install, and maintain production equipment
• Lead quality control efforts and conduct regular audits
• Drive cost-saving initiatives without sacrificing quality

What We're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and process optimization
• Skilled in equipment selection, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Proficient in manufacturing software (e.g., CAD/CAM, PLM)
• Experience: 6–8 years in manufacturing or industrial engineering
