What You'll Do:

• Lead process improvement and CI initiatives across two nearby facilities
• Collaborate with plant teams to reduce setup times and improve manufacturing performance
• Get in the weeds—hands-on with automation, troubleshooting, and system improvements
• Support the rollout of a brand-new ERP (IFS) and help drive data-backed decisions

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in a CI-focused, high-volume production environment (Lean/Manufacturing/Process Engineer/Continuous Improvement background ideal)
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and comfort working directly on the plant floor
• Engineering degree highly preferred but can be substituted with years of relevant experience
• Bonus: Experience with plastics (injection molding, extrusion), automation projects, or Lean Six Sigma certification
