Hiring Alert – Manual Tester (Banking Domain)

We are seeking a Manual Tester with experience in banking and exposure to Silverlake products to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in any of the following banking domains:

✅ Multi-Currency Account

✅ Secured Personal Financing

✅ Mortgage

✅ Shared Margin Financing

Role: Manual Tester

Experience: Minimum 2.8 years in software testing within the banking or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, system integration, and UAT testing for banking applications.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure quality and compliance with banking standards.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project teams to resolve issues and enhance software quality.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and Silverlake system requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Exposure to Silverlake products (e.g., Silverlake Integrated Banking Solution - SIBS, SAIBS, or other Silverlake systems) is mandatory.

✔ Strong understanding of banking processes and workflows.

✔ Experience in manual testing methodologies, test planning, and execution.

✔ Familiarity with SQL queries for database validation is a plus.
