The Managing Director will lead teams of Financial Advisors in a defined market territory. This individual will be responsible for setting market strategy, general supervision, setting and achieving sales goals, profitability metrics, and compliance to the firm's policies and procedures. The Managing Director will also lead recruiting efforts in their markets. The Managing Director is a key leadership role in our firm, and a driver of our growth and success. Reports to the President of First Horizon Advisors and contributes to vision and strategy for the overall business. Qualifications: * Extensive Wealth Management experience and/or Financial Services experience in a leadership role. * Bachelor's Degree required from accredited college or university * Series 24, 7, and either 66 or 63/65. Life &Health. Other financial certifications encouraged. * Stay abreast of market trends and demonstrate high level understanding of investment offering and solutions, as well as the firm's product and service offering including Financial Planning, Brokerage, Trust, Insurance, and the Family Office as appropriate. * Strong written and oral communication skills.
