Primary Responsibilities
We are looking for a seasoned RTE (Release Train Engineer) who can:
Identify program vision, goal and roadmap
Identify program milestones
Identify and manage application roadmap and milestones
Identify business value deliverables
Ensure application roadmap aligns to program roadmap
Facilitate and manage prioritization of application roadmap
Create and establish PI backlog in accordance with application roadmap / milestones
Engage business / product stakeholders to identify and document requirements / use cases, acceptance criteria, testing scenarios
Facilitate requirement reviews, solution design discussions, deep dive solutioning, test scenario review and test data requirements
Foster engagement of various stakeholders - Product Owners, Product Managers, Solution Architects, System Analysts, Business / Product Analysts, Scrum team, Delivery leads) to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings such as SoS, Solution Reviews at the Program/Initiative Level (with PO, PM, SA, BO, Dev Leads, other impacted application RTEs)
PI Planning: Facilitate PI Planning readiness by facilitating a continual grooming process which drives the development of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs
Maintain a cross-product/application schedule
Generate detailed project status reporting (including critical path impact, dependencies, milestones, resources, cost, work breakdown structures, etc.)
Track the execution of features and capabilities
Facilitate critical path delivery conversations including cross products and application dependency planning
Manage risks and dependencies
Escalate and track impediments
Facilitate System/Solution Demos
Deliver Business values to customers
Leads cross-product initiatives that spans multiple domain / product / application and/or lead high complexity initiatives in support of a product
Track program financials and ensure adherence to program and application budget
Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Agile concepts and execution
Assess the agile maturity level of the Scrum Teams and help them improve
Ability to work seamlessly in a highly complex matrix environment

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Engineering Degree
6+ years of IT Project Management experience
4+ years of working with all aspects of System Development Life Cycle
4+ years of experience as Release Train Engineer and/or Scrum Master on a large Agile project
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification
Agile Certification
Experience with CA Agile/Rally, Aha, and PPMO Optics
Healthcare Industry experience
Proficiency with MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
Proficiency with MS Project
Proficiency with MS Visio
