Your Mission .

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be the bridge between vision and execution - owning project lifecycles, ensuring on-time delivery, and driving cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and design teams.

You won't just "manage" projects - you'll shape the way we build.

What You'll Do.

Lead technical projects end-to-end: from scoping to launch (and beyond).

Partner with engineering and product leads to define roadmaps, set priorities, and remove roadblocks.

Own sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, keeping teams aligned and motivated.

Break down complex ideas into clear deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

Anticipate risks early - and have a plan ready.

Drive quality and speed: Launch features that fans love without sacrificing stability.

Communicate across stakeholders (from developers to executives) with clarity and urgency.

What Makes You a TrueFan.

3-5 years of Technical Project Management experience in tech-driven companies or fast-scaling startups.

Strong technical understanding: You don't need to code, but you speak developer fluently.

Expert in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools.

Sharp problem-solving skills and a bias for action.

Excellent communicator - crisp, direct, and inspiring.
