Summary

About the Role:

You will lead a team of Analysts to deliver the delivery of reports and dashboards. Combining business analysis with technical knowledge, you will be understand complex needs, gathering and analysing requirements, and delivering accurate, relevant data insights to support decision-making. You have one direct report and You will report to the Lead Manager- Business Intelligence and Automation and work on a hybrid basis.

You Will:

  • Lead a team of Analysts, ensuring their work meets the requirements of our high-level strategy and goals.
  • Be the primary liaison between other Association teams and Reporting. Gather and translate their requirements into clear specifications for technical execution.
  • Communicate with business teams to clarify requirements and manage their expectations about projects.
  • Manage projects, facilitate UAT and conduct end-user training sessions for new reports and dashboards.
  • Oversee data management, ensure the correct data sources are being used and improve data collection and integration processes.
  • Provide oversight of technical tasks. Ensure quality assurance, testing, and troubleshooting of technical solutions.
  • Focus on identifying opportunities for process optimisation and workflow improvement in data management reporting and team efficiency.
  • Use a Hybrid work schedule


You Have

  • 5 or more years of experience in Business Intelligence & reporting or related field
  • Minimum 2 years as team lead
  • Knowledge of database management and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
  • Applied analytics experience
  • Agile methodology (SCRUM) knowledge
  • Effective communication and team management skills
  • Knowledge of Cloud-based data warehousing such as Snowflake, would be advantageous
  • Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) environment
  • Experience supporting a diverse End-user group would be useful
  • Knowledge of Python or R
