About the Position:
We have an exciting position to join our Project Support Management Team, we are looking for a Manager Project Support to be based in the Philippines.

As a key member of the team, the Manager Project Support has the responsibility to provide supervision and line management to the Project Support team. Further responsibilities include -

• Ensure induction process is completed as per company policy for all PS line reports on commencement of employment with the organisation.
• Meet regularly (in probation weekly, moving to a minimum of monthly) with PM line reports to review their workload, welfare and developmental needs.
• Ensure performance review take place in accordance with company procedures.
• Support management and Resourcing team in resource management and recruitment, participate in interviews for potential new hires.
• Ensure PS line reports compliance with Novotech SOPs, ICH GCP Guidelines and regulatory requirements as per Novotech guidelines.

Required Professional Experience and Qualifications

• Graduate in a Clinical or Life Sciences business administration, management or related field with ideally 4 years of experience in clinical research. Less experienced candidates with an interest in line management and mentoring are welcome to apply.
• Previous mentoring or staff supervision experience in CRO or Pharmaceutical industry would be highly regarded.
• Excellent interpersonal skills together with strong verbal and written language skills.
• Effective leadership and organisation skills as well as the ability to work proactively with a range of stakeholders.
