AS, Regional Market Development, Marketing operation, Service, Customer Service, Virtual Sales etc.

PURPOSE OF JOB

The position will be responsible for executing China Laboratory sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives. The holder of this position will drive sustainable growth in revenue and profitability and develop effective sales leadership in all sales channels for better customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  1. Business management
  2. build up a clear annual business plan based on company strategy and target and be able to implement it together with the team to drive results.
  3. set sustainable & inspiring business targets systematically and lead the team to achieve growth.
  4. drive performance of authorized channel partners in assigned territory.
  5. provide suggestions and feedback to internal stakeholders to improve the customer satisfaction level and drive for internal process continuous improvement.
  6. properly manage and track team budget
  7. build and foster effective relationships with both partners and internal teams to execute the defined strategies and policies of the organization including funnel management, compliance policy, etc.
  8. Sales management
  9. Lead the teams to achieve ambitious business targets based on aligned strategy and vision with marketing/FAS/VAM/service.
  10. Set clear tactical plans for all the teams for successful implementation.
  11. Team Management
  12. Build and maintain an efficient sales organization (including distributors) in accordance with the strategy to provide expected business results and customer satisfaction.
  13. Attract, develop, and retain talent for the area of responsibility and provide appropriate training/tools to the teams
  14. Customer management
  15. Lead consulting discussions with customers, drive innovative technology and products adaptation together with customers and local technical team, advocate value selling.
  16. Manage the customer’s expectations with the resource from internal and external and satisfy the customer with more business
  17. Other tasks assigned by the superiors.


Qualifications & Requirements


- At least bachelor’s degree in life sciences.

- 10+ years related sales experience, 5+ years regional management experience in related industry;

- Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders internally and externally

- Good presentation skill with customer facing experience

- Familiar with MS-office, good command of spoken and written English preferred

- Around 30% travel required (depending upon geographic location)

- Self-motivated and have a doer attitude and mindset
