Deeply understand sales strategy and main channel sales plan of company, and propose target planning and suggestions to channel customers;
Deal with channel customer orders, provide after-sales service support;
Solve the business problems of channel customers;
Prepare and plan relevant management processes to ensure standards, efficiency and quality of service;
Coordinate with all departments, and make sure that get the support and service in case of urgent need. Requirements: 1. 2-3 years working experience in retail, channel, customer service, etc.;
Good English communication ability;
Good customer service consciousness;
Strong logical thinking ability.
