We’re looking for a Manager of Consumer Insights to shape and implement the strategy for our Consumer Insights portfolio, driving departmental and corporate goals while amplifying the voice of the customer. What You’ll Do
- Accountable for development of TJX Canada’s Insights and Analytics function by deeply understanding business imperatives and priorities, developing the right research and analysis plan, and elevating insights that impact the business
- Drives action from research and data analytics; understands how to bring insights to life and develop recommendations that drive change
- Thinks broadly, holistically interpreting data and insights, connecting the dots and converting them into effective narratives, to inform decision making and help develop brand/business positioning and strategy
- Lead and oversee primary quantitative research studies (i.e. segmentation, creative testing, category research), longitudinal studies (i.e. brand health, CX), customer analytics and qualitative exploratory research
About You
- Strong storytelling skills, ability to leverage information and repackage into understandable and impactful narratives, adapting communication style for different audiences
- Demonstrates strong prioritization skills; understands how to balance workload versus capacity for themselves and their team
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills including analysis of information
- Ability to develop and build relationships with internal and external partner

Salary Range: $108,696.00-$164,596.80 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
