Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning and Development specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in SaaS companies. S/He will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training plans and strategies across multiple departments and roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal business leaders to align on the annual and quarterly L&D plans for their teams
  • Foster a culture of learning and development by promoting training opportunities and resources to employees.
  • Anchor the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Spearhead the development of training content, translating complex concepts into easily digestible and engaging materials for diverse audiences.
  • Work with internal experts as well as external L&D partners as required

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR / OD / L&D roles, ideally with SaaS companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant domain.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and Instructional Design
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and establish positive working relationships.
  • Interest and willingness to utilize AI tools to achieve learning objectives (content creation, LMS, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of programs.
  • Working knowledge of KMS, LMS and Authoring tools and eLearning platforms
  • Hands on experience with MS Office and Google Suite tools
