Job Summary:
The Training Head will lead the training and development initiatives of the organization, ensuring
employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles. This role involves
designing and implementing training programs, assessing training needs, and measuring the
effectiveness of training efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with the company's goals and
enhances employee performance.
● Identify training needs through assessments, performance evaluations, and
consultations with department heads.
● Design and deliver impactful training programs, both for new hires and ongoing
professional development.
● Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training content, materials, and
resources.
● Manage and mentor a team of trainers and facilitators.
● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
● Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and
performance metrics.
● Continuously improve training processes and methods based on feedback and results.
● Partner with external training providers and educational institutions when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field. Master's
degree or relevant certification is a plus.
● Proven experience (6-7 years) in training and development, with a background in
designing and delivering effective training programs.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to analyze training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
● Proficiency in using training management software and Microsoft Office suite.
● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
● Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
