This role involves designing and implementing training programs, assessing training needs, and measuring the effectiveness of training efforts. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with the company's goals and enhances employee performance. ● Identify training needs through assessments, performance evaluations, and consultations with department heads. ● Design and deliver impactful training programs, both for new hires and ongoing professional development. ● Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training content, materials, and resources. ● Manage and mentor a team of trainers and facilitators. ● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development. ● Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. ● Continuously improve training processes and methods based on feedback and results. ● Partner with external training providers and educational institutions when necessary. Qualifications and Skills: ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus. ● Proven experience (6-7 years) in training and development, with a background in designing and delivering effective training programs. ● Strong leadership and team management skills. ● Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to analyze training needs and tailor programs accordingly. ● Proficiency in using training management software and Microsoft Office suite. ● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. ● Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts. ● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
