Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in L&D, coupled with experience in interaction with stakeholder
management, corporate training, Sales training , Engagement activities , Curriculum design,
Product training and solutioning tailored training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Create personalized solution decks/proposals that showcase how to upgrade and
meet buiness -specific L&D requirements.
● Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and
assessments, continually improving learning solutions based on data and results.
● Design and administer an annual training calendar encompassing technical,
behavioral, leadership, and compliance training modules
● Monitors the planning, development, and execution of training programs that align
with organizational goals
● Provides input into the creation of training curricula, materials, and resources that
cater to various learning needs.
● Collaborates with stakeholders to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and designs
targeted learning solutions.
● Collaborates with department heads, HR, and subject matter experts to understand
training requirements and align initiatives.
● Implements learning technologies such as learning management systems (LMS) to
enhance training delivery and accessibility.
● Analyzes training data to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and makes
data-driven decisions.
● Collaborates with cross-functional teams, share training insights, and contribute to
organizational initiatives.
● Effectively communicates training plans, progress, and outcomes to senior
management and stakeholders.
● Ensures that learning programs are conducted and facilitated correctly, applying and
implementing the best learning tools and methodologies & cost-effective learning
solutions.
● Performs any other related task as required.
