About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Manager to join our Transformation Management Office and lead finance-led transformation initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will lead the transformation of our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) capabilities and broader finance processes, partnering across the organization to drive automation, scalability, and process excellence. This role requires deep expertise in core finance areas-such as budgeting, planning, forecasting, and reporting as well as proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
You'll play a critical role in executing transformation strategies that streamline financial operations, implement innovative systems, and promote standardized, efficient workflows.
What You'll Do
* Lead FP&A Transformation: Oversee the FP&A transformation team, guiding initiatives that modernize budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting processes to improve scalability, accuracy, and strategic decision-making.
* Drive End-to-End Transformation Projects: Lead complex, cross-functional projects from design through execution, incorporating best-in-class processes and technology solutions that enhance automation, control, and standardization.
* Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, key milestones, resource requirements, and budget oversight. Ensure delivery against established goals.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Collaborate closely with senior finance leaders, executive management, and key business partners-including Sales, Product, Legal, Engineering, and Marketing-to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive alignment. Lead change management efforts by clearly communicating the vision, benefits, and impact of transformation initiatives.
* Process Design & Optimization: Conduct workshops, lead root cause analyses, and define future-state process flows. Design and deliver process improvements that simplify operations and enhance compliance.
* Technology Enablement: Work closely with FinTech and Engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, align on project timelines and system capabilities, and define long-term technology roadmaps.
* Performance Tracking & Business Case Development: Build and monitor business cases to assess the financial and operational impact of transformation projects. Define and track KPIs and success metrics to ensure ongoing value realization.
* Policy & Compliance Management: Contribute to the development and refinement of operational policies and procedures that reflect process changes, ensuring adherence to compliance and control standards.
Basic Qualifications
* 7+ years' experience in Finance Transformation, Corporate Finance, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving process improvements.
* BA/BS
Preferred Qualifications
* BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or Engineering
* Demonstrated the ability to lead cross functional projects
* Oracle R12
* CPA/CMA/MBA
* ERP implementation experience is a plus.
* Experience working in a high-growth, high-volume organization.
* Experience implementing accounting systems and cross-functional processes.
* Experienced knowledge of accounting policies/procedures, SOX controls, and financial statement preparation.
* Familiarity with FP&A software solutions such as EPM, HFM, DRM, etc.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Change management expertise, with the ability to drive organizational change and overcome resistance.
* Outstanding business insight, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$146,000 per year - USD$162,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$146,000 per year - USD$162,000 per year.
