Manage, design, and execute ad-hoc programs to support a large cross-functional stakeholder group across all delivery partners (e.g., DoorDash, UberEats, ezCater, and Grubhub).
Develop and maintain comprehensive plans to deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) for proprietary restaurant concepts and delivery partners.
Conduct in-depth analysis to provide actionable business insights and support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with the Reporting Analytics and Implementation team for proprietary restaurants (e.g., LTC, Raise the Roost, Speedy Cafes).
Business Insights and Implementation:
Implement data-based insights to support sales and profitability growth.
Evaluate business performance on marketplaces and offer strategic recommendations.
Assess promotion impacts, health of programs, and present findings to stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitive information.
Operations and Support:
Analyze delivery performance to optimize the effectiveness of store execution.
Collaborate with operations, restaurant teams, marketing, and merchandising teams on sales-driving initiatives.
Provide insights on promotion impacts on customer behavior and sales.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in reporting and analytics, preferably in the food delivery or restaurant industry. Overall, 5-7 years of experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Bachelors/4 Yr Degree or equivalent experience
