Summary

Manage and Execute:

  • Manage, design, and execute ad-hoc programs to support a large cross-functional stakeholder group across all delivery partners (e.g., DoorDash, UberEats, ezCater, and Grubhub).
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive plans to deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) for proprietary restaurant concepts and delivery partners.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to provide actionable business insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with the Reporting Analytics and Implementation team for proprietary restaurants (e.g., LTC, Raise the Roost, Speedy Cafes).


Business Insights and Implementation:

  • Implement data-based insights to support sales and profitability growth.
  • Evaluate business performance on marketplaces and offer strategic recommendations.
  • Assess promotion impacts, health of programs, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive information.


Operations and Support:

  • Analyze delivery performance to optimize the effectiveness of store execution.
  • Collaborate with operations, restaurant teams, marketing, and merchandising teams on sales-driving initiatives.
  • Provide insights on promotion impacts on customer behavior and sales.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in reporting and analytics, preferably in the food delivery or restaurant industry. Overall, 5-7 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelors/4 Yr Degree or equivalent experience
